HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
The Mane Hair wants every single mane to walk out of our door EXCEPTIONALLY happy! In the rare event that you’re not happy, that means we’re not happy, either. We take the good, the bad, and the ugly. Let us know how we can help! Please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the situation free of charge. After 7 days from service, a service will be charged for any adjustments that are wished to be made.
APPOINTMENTS
All appointments must be booked online via www.themanehair.com. We require a credit card on file for our cancellation policy to confirm your appointment. No exceptions. If you are unable to find a time online please reach out via email and we will be happy to find an appointment that works best for you.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time in preparation for your services. This will allow ample time to hang up any belongings, use the restroom, enjoy a beverage and unwind. All appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via text or email.
CANCELLATION POLICY & NO SHOWS
We get it, sometimes things happen. Unfortunately, life hits us with unforeseen circumstances where you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we kindly ask that you give us a 48-hour cancellation notice. This allows us enough time to fill an appointment time, should you need to cancel. Appointments canceled prior to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 25% of the projected scheduled services, and appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the projected scheduled services.
In the event of a no-call/no-show, 50% of the scheduled service will be charged, and a nonrefundable deposit of $50 will be required in order to rebook with us.

LATE ARRIVALS
We will always do our best to accommodate our guests, however, we can only do what we can within limited business hours. Therefore, in order to ensure the promptness and accuracy of all guest appointments we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later. All late arrivals will be charged according to their stylists’ hourly fees.
PRICING
All prices stated are base pricing and go up depending on stylist choice, length, thickness, upkeep of hair, and product cost. Please let your stylist know if you are trying to stay within a budget and we will provide you with the best options. Some stylists and some services may require a deposit that is determined by the individual stylist.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the event that you tried something new, and want to revert back to a different style, that is not considered a service correction. This is considered a new appointment. Additionally, in the case that you are working towards a specific look and your hair did not get as light as you wanted this time, this too is not considered a service correction. Please understand that your stylist is a trained professional and we will never compromise your hair by pushing it too far in one process. Trust the process and please schedule accordingly.
Brazilian Blowouts and Keratins are NOT straightening services. These services promise to help control frizz by loosening your natural curl. We do not offer service corrections on these services. We only guarantee these services if you take home the products that go along with maintaining the service on the initial day.
We take great pride in the quality of our retail products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product purchase we will assist you with an exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. Tools and brushes are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
CHOOSING A NEW HAIRSTYLIST
Sometimes, you may be considering switching to a different stylist for a number of reasons - scheduling, pricing, or sometimes, just to try something new. Please let us help you find another in-house stylist that can best suit you! All of our stylists are highly skilled and are very supportive of one another. Don’t feel guilty - at the end of the day, we all want all of our guests to be happy with their hair. We keep detailed records of your service history and hair color formulas. All of our stylists have equal access to your service information. Never feel bad about "cheating" on your stylist, we work as a team and are happy to see you in our hair home no matter what.
SALON/CLIENT BREAKUPS
Don’t break our hearts! Please send us an email at hello@themanehair.com and let us know what we could have done to be a better fit for you. We would love the chance to make it right, but if we are not the salon for you, we completely understand. We always wish you the best in finding a new hair home.
COLOR FORMULAS
All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of each individual stylist at THE MANE HAIR LLC, and sharing them is at the discretion of the stylist.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept cash and major credit cards: Master Card, VISA, Discover & AMEX. We do not accept checks.
CHILDREN
Due to liability reasons as well as our intimate studio environment, we ask that child care is provided away from the salon. Our space is not big enough for guests to bring children to their appointments, and we worry about the safety of your children with hot tools and other things in the salon that may not be considered safe for them. Children are always welcome to receive salon services, but due to the relaxing nature of our guest services, we respectfully request children are only brought into the salon when receiving a service.
PETS
We all love our furry friends, but please leave your pets at home.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
THE MANE HAIR LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or guests. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Verbally Abusive Language
2. Belittling Staff
3. Physically touching staff members and/or their tools
4. Any form of harassment or bullying
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By visiting THE MANE HAIR LLC Platforms or Services, or communicating with THE MANE HAIR LLC via email, you are accepting the terms of and the practices described on this policy page. You also consent to receive communications from THE MANE HAIR LLC electronically. THE MANE HAIR LLC will communicate with you by email or by posting notifications on the Website and/or the App. You understand and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that THE MANE HAIR LLC provides electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using the MANE HAIR STUDIO Platforms, or Services. Your continued use of THE MANE HAIR STUDIO Platforms or Services following the posting of changes to these terms will indicate your acceptance of those changes. WE MAY ALSO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU BY SMS, MMS, TEXT MESSAGE, OR OTHER ELECTRONIC MEANS TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.
Additionally, by visiting THE MANE HAIR LLC you hereby grant us an absolute and irrevocable right, license, and unrestricted permission to use photographs or video taken of your image and likeness, and to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs and any printed or video matter, in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever allowed by law for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, or any other purpose whatsoever without restriction as to alteration.
ELECTRONICS & NETWORK ACCESS
We embrace a relaxing and calm environment. For the comfort of other guests we encourage laptops, tablets and cell phones to be put on silent. We also kindly request you use earbuds when listening to your electronic devices (yes, this includes those addicting TikTok videos!). In the event you are working during your appointment, your stylist will do the best to accommodate you to be able to work interruption free.
THE MANE HAIR LLC provides wireless Internet access to its clients and guests via an unsecured wireless network (“Services”). It is strongly recommended that you do not use our network to transmit personal, financial, or legal data. THE MANE HAIR LLC is not responsible for malicious theft or interception of data transmitted over our wireless network. Your access to the Service is completely at the discretion of THE MANE HAIR LLC, and your access to the Service may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of our Privacy Policy or these terms, actions that may lead to liability for THE MANE HAIR LLC , disruption of access to other users or networks, or violation of applicable laws or regulations. THE MANE HAIR LLC may revise the Privacy Policy at any time. You may use the Service only if you agree to our Policy and following terms of service each time you access the Service. THE MANE HAIR LLC assumes no responsibility for the safety of equipment or for harm done to laptop/PDA configurations, security, or data files resulting from connection to THE MANE HAIR LLC wireless service. This is an open wireless network. No network communication is 100% secure. Virus and security protection is your responsibility.
